All types of inspections
Inspection before use
Have you recently installed a new racking system? Make sure to have our inspectors visit before you start using it! This is the only way to be sure – because it is supported by an inspection report – that your installation meets the latest safety regulations. Among other things, our inspectors will check whether the installation was installed in accordance with the manufacturer‘s instructions and accessories, whether load boards are present and the load capacity corresponds to reality, whether the racking is sufficiently protected, whether it is stable and equipped with the required reinforcements and support… so that you can sleep on both ears when it is first put into service.
Periodic inspection
Warehouse racks are often used intensively, making damage and wear inevitable. That is why we recommend a periodic inspection. How often this should be done depends, among other things, on how intensively the racking is used and whether there is a real risk of damage.
Inspection after a configuration change or relocation
Has (part of) your installation been modified for changed use or storage of other goods? In that case, the previous inspection report is no longer valid, and it’s best to schedule a new inspection. The same applies if your installation has been relocated. Since it was completely disassembled and reassembled, your current inspection report is no longer valid. In these situations, you can rely on our expertise.
Inspection of your warehouse
To ensure absolute safety, the state of your warehouse itself is also important. Although our expertise lies in the inspection of warehouse installations, our experts also pay attention to the overall condition of your racking. They look at the state of your warehouse as a whole, the lighting, whether there is enough space around your racking, whether there are any damages to the floor and so on. Any observations or improvement recommendations are documented in the inspection report.
